PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for each category is calculated from the time that your order is verified. Handmade or customized products usually require an additional two weeks and that would be specified in our Product Description.

We usually have category of Bedding, Kitchen, Home Décor and Organization items in stock, so these can be shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation. Lighting and furniture items could take at least 10-15  days to be shipped,this is because they need to be made and items are in the queue before yours. While it does not take an excessive amount of time for each item to be made, care is still taken to ensure that your order is of the highest quality.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time describes the time taken for your goods to reach you, via the best express delivery method. We cooperate with DHL, USPS and other express service providers. Orders sent from the United States will usually take about 7 days, while those sent from outside the United States could take 15 days to arrive.

After the order is successfully dispatched, we will usually provide you with a tracking number. This usually occurs within one or two days and your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us. Unfortunately, we do not ship to US territories. This includes Guam, APO/FPO addresses and Minor Outlying Islands. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and are also excluded.

Delivery TIME

Delivery time describes the time from the time you place the order to the time you get it.  Outdoor lights and furniture orders usually take 25-35 days to arrive.

Wall lights will take 10-15 days to arrive . Every single product page will thow this time .

We offer free shipping on all qualifying orders over $49. A flat rate is charged for all orders below $49. This flat rate is $9.99.

Processing time includes quality checks and packaging, while shipping includes the time taken from our warehouse to the last delivery point.

Return & Refund Policy

dazuma.us adheres to focus on improving your home decoration with our products for you to conquer your home so that we always keep our effort to push our service to the limit. We have a professional QA team to check your order before it is packed and shipped, but sometimes a return or a refund is necessary.

Regarding the problems mentioned below, please email to hello@dazuma.us including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order is paid and haven’t shipped yet, please contact our customer service department and we'll cancel for you. Refunds may take 1-3 business days, depending on your bank's operating hours.

Once your order has been shipped out, we can't cancel or alter it anymore. For those those custom or specialty order (items that are not a stock size), we cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun, because these are products that we only produce to specific order; We don't keep them in stock.

 

Cancellation before payment

If you haven't paid for your order yet, you are free to cancel it by yourself.

 

Cancellation after payment

Orders canceled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products. 

 

Cancellation after shipping

1, For non-customized orders:

If your order has just been transferred to the transport company and has not yet started shipping, we will contact the transport company to intercept it. Once the interception is successful, we will cancel the order for you; otherwise, the order will not be allowed to be canceled. (Note: Occasionally, we have shipped the order but the logistics company has not updated the order number yet, order cancellation request is not allowed. Please give us some time to urge the logistics company to update it as soon as possible.)

2, For customized orders:

In principle, custom orders are not allowed to be canceled. If you insist on canceling, we will propose an alternative choice or solution based on your original order.

If you cancel your order before the production, we will provide you with a full refund. If you cancel your order after the production, we will provide you with a partial refund. You will be eligible for the cost of full shipping and 80% of the price of your order. Our deductions are to cover our costs for restocking products and payment processing fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items

  1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
  2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please do take some necessary photos or videos to illustrate the flaw. Providing the picture of the item itself, its package and the label outside the package will accelerate the processing procedure effectively. 

 

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package, which is not opened.

 

How many days do you have to return a product?

In order to return a product to us, please ensure that it is sent back within 30 days of your receipt of goods after we agree your return request. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product. No refunds are allowed after 30 days! If you would like to return goods to us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns are allowed after 7 days of receipt of order!

Please note:

  • We won't be held responsible for returns in the instance that we've not been told in advance, because we won't be able to match returns with your order;
  • Return address is not the location address or the parcel address;
  • We will send you a return address after we approve your return request, please ensure that the goods are in the condition in which they were received by you: undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Please email us the tracking number that we need to fill in the system. After we receive the package, the refund will be applied if the package is in good condition after inspection by our QA team;
  • We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.

 

How much will you pay for return shipping? 

1, For defective, damaged, mis-shipped, lost orders:

If you insist on refunding instead of getting a replacement, we will be responsible for the return shipping.

2, For mind-changed without any flaw concerning quality or appearance orders:

(1) From our warehouse to your address:

If there does not have any flaw concerning quality or appearance, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees including standard delivery (we bare when you order, but if return is request, we will collect this part of the shipping fee from you) and expedited delivery (you paid when order) from our warehouse to your address.

(2) From your address to our warehouse:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to us. If we send a refund to you, we will deduct the return shipping costs.

  2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we can not handle the return for you because we do not know which return package is yours.
  3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. The maximum amount of refund is the amount that we have received of your payment.
  4. If you would liketo avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
  5. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
  6. Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request):
  7. If we don't approve your request for return, or your order has been sent back in what we reasonably deem to be in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to process a refund of your order;
  8. We don't recommend that you refuse to accept a parcel from us because of import duties or taxes. If you do, you will assume all liability for the costs of returning the parcel to us;
  9. If your return package is lost by tracking the information, we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

    2. the product ID or name and the quantity;
    3. a short description of the problem occurred with this product;

 

REFUNDS POLICY

When we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to tell you that your returned item has been successfully delivered back to us. At the same time, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected. Provided that your refund has been approved, we'll process it. Your refund will be instantly applied to your credit card or your alternative original payment method. 

Get Your Refunds

If you'd like a gift card refund or a return of store credit, you'll get your account credited within 1 business day after we've been told by you that we've returned your goods.

If you've paid by credit card, we'll start to issue your refund, after you've emailed to let us know that you have returned your items. It takes between 5 and 10 days for the majority of banks to process refunds.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to complete your return and process your refund if you require another refund method.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and refund , check your bank account again firstly. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at  hello@dazuma.us .

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to  hello@dazuma.us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Note:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
