30-Day Return Policy

Dazuma offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging.
• All original tags, instructions, and inserts must be included.

   - A brief description of the issue with the product.
4. Shipping: Ship the item to the provided address using your preferred shipping method.
5. Tracking Information: Share the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt with Dazuma.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Damaged Items: Dazuma will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, mis-shipped, or lost orders.
• Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties.

Note:

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
• Dazuma is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Process

Once Dazuma receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Due to shipping, inspection, and banking processes, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Dazuma offers exchanges for defective or damaged items:

Note: If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items.
• Items that have been used, assembled, or altered.

• Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

On Delivery:

Concealed Damage:

If you discover damage after delivery:
