There is no single minimum that applies to every Dazuma service. Many Custom Studio requests can begin with one fixture, while wholesale products are sold in the pack quantities shown on their product pages. Some custom structures, finishes, packaging requests, or production methods may require a product-specific minimum. Physical product or finish samples are reviewed case by case because availability, cost, shipping, and return eligibility vary. Return and cancellation rights depend on the product, destination, order status, and whether the item is standard or customized. Under Dazuma’s current policy, customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed quality defect, and a custom or specialty order cannot be canceled or modified after production begins.
