The kitchen is one of the most practical spaces in the project, and the lighting reflects that. Recessed ceiling lighting provides broad and even task illumination, while pendants above the island give the room a visual anchor and help define the central work surface. Under-cabinet light strengthens countertop usability and keeps the backsplash area crisp and readable. Dazuma’s role fits especially well here, as the project depends on combining function and finish without making the kitchen feel overlit.

The great room relies on generous vertical glazing and a large decorative chandelier to establish scale.
